Initiate Request

Package the Item
Place the footwear in its original brand box along with all tags, invoices, and accessories to ensure the item passes our quality check.
Handover to Courier
A representative from our logistics partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.
Quality Check and Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
